Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include EU VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves your place in the queue. No payment is taken until the product is ready to ship. You may cancel a pre-order at any time by emailing [email protected].

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the EU and select countries outside the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. You are responsible for the product once it has been delivered.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected]. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Warranty

All products carry a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Electronic products receive firmware updates for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or modification.

Limitation of liability

Lydbro products are designed to integrate with third-party systems. We are not responsible for changes to third-party hardware, software, or protocols that may affect compatibility. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish general courts or, for consumers, through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
